Copello have partnered with an established engineering business based in Maidenhead in the recruitment of a Customer Support Technician.
Please note, this role requires candidates to be eligible for Security Clearance.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair advanced optical and electronic systems.
  • Support equipment maintenance, modifications, and upgrades.
  • Provide technical assistance to customers, including out-of-hours support.
  • Record and analyse faults for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure safety, airworthiness, and security compliance.


What You'll Bring:

  • ONC (or equivalent) in electronic servicing.
  • Strong hands-on experience in electronic servicing or workshop environments.
  • Willingness to travel within the UK and provide on-call support when needed.
