Mam de la Frontera, S.A. de C.V. seeks a Production Team Leader to drive manufacturing performance in a maquiladora setting. You will plan, schedule, and coordinate production activities, ensure staff training, and coach teams to achieve quality and efficiency targets in a dynamic electronics environment.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong English communication, and experience with EMS manufacturing, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office. On-site position based in Tecate, Mexico.
