This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced electronics professional to step into a technically senior, hands-on role where you will provide production leadership, technical escalation, and line management within an R&D and production environment. You will act as the technical authority across production and support, bridging engineering, manufacturing and customer service to ensure product reliability, quality and on-time delivery. You will lead complex builds, testing and repair activities, serve as the escalation point for technicians, and drive continuous improvement across processes and product performance .
