Electronics Planning Lead

Celestica Inc. is seeking a first-level supervisor or team lead for a large site with 800 employees. You will oversee 25–50 employees, set annual plans, interpret policies, and drive schedules and budgets.

You will coach staff, participate in hiring, review performance, and enforce procedures to meet unit goals. The role requires strong knowledge of electronics manufacturing, leadership, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines and communicate
