The Manufacturing Associate – Assembly builds electrical box units of various sizes by using hand and power tools to pull wires, install doors, and complete mechanical assemblies in a clean, lean manufacturing environment. This role suits someone who is mechanically inclined, enjoys hands-on work, and can consistently perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble electrical box units of various sizes using hand and power tools such as screwdrivers, wire cutters, and crimpers.
+ Pull, route, and organize wires within electrical box assemblies according to specifications.
+ Install doors, hardware, and related components on electrical box units to complete the assembly.
