Main Role & Responsibilities: Technology transfer to localise manufacture of power supply unit in Singapore Understand requirement to localise manufacture of in-house product based on original design criteria and procedure Proposed new or modified solution and quotes to sales/customer requirements Electrical circuit design and schematic capture PIC programming Bill of materials (BOM) and test plan creation Breadboard and prototype samples making and debugging Design new solution/product within companys standard design practice, safety guidelines, agreed timescales and costs Performed product verification and validation to ensure product meet specification before delivered to customer Document machine build process and continuously improve quality and cost.
