Lear Corporation Engineering Center in Pruszków is responsible for the design, modification, and validation of thermal comfort systems for car seats – from the initial concept phase all the way through to serial production. To our engineering team, we are looking to hire a Candidate for a position of Electronics Engineer.

Main Purpose of Role:

  • Being an active member of the Electronics and Mechanics team

  • Development, prototype production and commissioning of mechatronic systems

  • Develop and build test setup

  • Laboratory work for electronics and mechanics systems

  • Support of electronics and mechanics validations

    • Main Duties:

  • Production scrap analysis support

  • Validation Laboratory tasks (Harnesses design and build, Prototype design and build, Prepare Electronics Standards for new product test)
