Electronics Engineer

International equipment manufacturer is looking for a proactive, self disciplined individual to join their R&D team. The role of the R&D Electronic Engineer is to manage all aspects relating to the electrical design of new refrigeration units. The electronic engineer will be responsible for the electrical design of wiring harnesses and PCBs for new refrigeration units through an iterative design process. The electronic engineer will learn about our in-house electronic development from our established and experienced electronic engineer and the broader team. Assisting of production in electrical control box builds, planning of assembly process and assisting in staff selection and upskill training.

Specific Role Responsibilities

• Electronics/PCB design and development.
• Buy out electrical component selection for future developments e.g. electrical generators, alternators, electric motors, DC/DC converters, Inverters, batteries,
