Main activity and responsibility

  • Review field tickets and critical failure cases reported by technical interface teams; conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
  • Contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction by monitoring key performance indicators for the effectiveness and cost of sustaining operations.
  • Collaborate with Engineering Development to propose design changes, balancing long-term quality/reliability objectives with the costs of modifications and defect/non-conformity remediation.
  • Support the System Test team to ensure every release is adequately validated, documented, and communicated to relevant teams, with clear progress reporting and release-date communication to stakeholders.
