For our Trading division in London we are looking to hire a:Electronic Sales TraderYour role in the teamJoin a growing and dynamic electronic trading team focussed on algorithmic, ETF, Program and Index trading across global markets. Work alongside top-tier professionals, leveraging award winning best in class algorithms and trading analytics platform to deliver institutional clients high performance execution and coverage.What will you do?
  • Contribute to a collaborative and fast-paced trading desk environment whilst executing and optimizing ETF and index program trades using advanced algos
  • Monitor and refine algorithmic trading strategies using real-time market data, and analyse execution quality through daily TCA and performance reviews
  • Provide coverage and execution support for client-driven flow whilst driving improvements
