Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically strong EDI Analyst with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) operations and support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing EDI transactions to ensure seamless communication between our organization and trading partners.
You will work cross-functionally with IT, supply chain, customer service, and external partners to proactively identify issues, resolve transaction failures, and improve EDI performance and reliability.
- Monitor and manage daily EDI transactions to ensure successful processing and timely delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve EDI errors related to mapping, data validation, transmission failures, and partner compliance.
- Analyze EDI transaction sets such as 850 (Purchase Orders), 810 (Invoices), 856 (ASNs), 997 (Functional Acknowledgements) and others as required.
