Job Overview: The Business Analyst (BA) is in charge of overall integration projects for customers, from the initial analysis, through all CINTO projects steps to the hypercare. They manage the scope, quality and makes sure the solution is delivered by the required date.

The BA role description

  • Technical Requirements
  • knowledge of at least one EDI standard: UN/EDIFACT or ANSI-X12,
  • basic knowledge of communication protocols used in EDI such as FTP, SFTP, AS2,
  • experience in multicultural self-organized teams,
  • basic knowledge of XML, XPATH, SQL,
  • experience in Transport or Warehousing related EDI transactions/life cycle would be an added advantage.
  • communicative and able to think analytically,
  • functional working knowledge on TMS / WMS / OMS system would be an added advantage.
  • Requirements analysis and specification build
  • Assist in a pre-sales phase as needed.<...
