Position Overview
Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented Electronics Assembly Technician to support the build and testing of complex electronic systems in a fast-paced engineering environment. This role will focus on prototype development and low-to-mid volume production and requires strong electro-mechanical assembly experience and precision soldering skills.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in electro-mechanical or electronics assembly within manufacturing or R&D environments
- Strong soldering skills, including experience with small surface-mount components (0402 or similar)
- Ability to perform precision rework on very small components (0201)
- Ability to read and follow electrical schematics and assembly instructions
- Experience using standard test equipment for troubleshooting and validation
