Electromechanical Technician

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Installation & Assembly: Read blueprints, assemble, and install complex electromechanical systems, components, and automated equipment.

Maintenance & Repair: Perform preventive maintenance (cleaning, greasing, adjusting) and diagnose/repair issues in electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems, including hydraulic/pneumatic parts.

Testing & Calibration: Use precision instruments to test equipment performance, calibrate sensors, and ensure systems meet specifications.

Troubleshooting: Analyze and resolve complex equipment failures, often working with engineering on root cause analysis and process improvements.

Operation: Operate, test, and maintain robotic equipment and other automated machinery in production environments.

Documentation: Record test results, maintain operational records, and support administrative tasks.
