Job Summary
The Electro/Mechanical Assembler performs a wide variety of electronic, electro-mechanical, mechanical, and measurement product assembly operations on components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies. This role follows defined methods and sequences for wiring, component installation, soldering, cable harnessing, welding, and fitting while executing production operations, rework, and quality testing. The position collaborates closely with manufacturing associates, engineering, quality, and leadership to support production goals, engineering experimentation, and continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining the highest operational standards.
