Electromechanical Assembler

Adecco is hiring experienced Electro‑Mechanical Assembler for a temp‑to‑hire role in El Cajon. This position offers $28.50/hr, weekly pay, and a stable Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM schedule

Responsibilities:

· Assemble and troubleshoot complex electro‑mechanical systems

· Read schematics, prints, and technical documentation

· Use diagnostic tools (oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators)

· Perform soldering, wire crimping, and precision mechanical work

· Work with controller software and Ladder Logic

· Operate cranes, hoists, and other material‑handling equipment

Requirements:

· High school diploma; technical degree or Journeyman license preferred

· 5–7 years of electro‑mechanical assembly experience
