Electro-mech Assemblers required
£ per annum. Location: Thame. Shift: Standard day shift.
Overall Job Purpose
This is a unique opportunity to join an innovative. As part of the Manufacturing Team, you will:
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
- All assembly operations, including hand soldering.
- In-process inspection & test.
- Sealing & finishing operations.
- Calibration operations.
- Fault finding to sub-assembly level on RMAs and production test fails.
- Support Skills Matrix qualification and cross‑training of Manufacturing Operatives.
- Champion 5S & Standard Work to maintain and improve product quality and factory productivity.
- Support internal Management System audits (ISO 9001 / 14001).
- Support continuous improvement in product quality and factory productivity.
- Support proto‑type build & special projects.
- Support New Product Introduction.
