National Grid is seeking an Electricity Distribution Network First Responder to join our team in Bodmin. You will resolve customer issues related to electricity supply as the face of our organization, providing exceptional service.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 2 Electrical qualification, experience in electrical installations, and strong customer service skills. You'll work 37 hours per week and may undertake standby duties for 24/7 coverage.
