Work Schedule: 12‑hour rotating continental shifts (days and nights). The position is 100% on‑site at the Windsor site in Windsor, Ontario.

Position Summary

Reporting to the Facilities Supervisor, the Electrician is responsible for maintaining all electrical systems in accordance with Ontario Hydro standards, Electrical Code, CSA standards, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Layout, assemble, install, repair, maintain, connect, and test fixtures, HVAC systems, apparatus, control equipment, and wiring for electrical and electronic systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair breakdowns for electrical controls, motor controls, heating and cooling controls, and plant lighting.
• Perform bench repairs for electrical devices such as heaters, probes, and motors.
• Perform equipment set‑ups and electrical installations such as plant wiring and control panels from blueprints, sketches, and specifications.
