We are recruiting an experienced Approved Electrician to join a busy Repairs & Maintenance team working across domestic social housing properties. This is a mobile role carrying out remedial works, testing, general electrical maintenance, and responsive repairs.You’ll be working directly in customers’ homes, so professionalism, strongmunication, and a right‑first‑time approach are essential.

Your new role

  • Delivering a wide range of electrical repairs, testing, and maintenance
  • Carrying out remedial works and ensuringpliance with current regulations
  • Managing your own workload and keeping jobs on track
  • Providing excellent customer service to residents
  • Using a PDA/iPad to update job information
