About the Role

You’ll play a vital role in maintaining the safety, compliance, and comfort of residents’ homes. Working across our housing stock, you’ll complete day-to-day reactive repairs, planned maintenance tasks, and occasional minor installation works.

Electrical Duties

  • Carry out reactive and planned electrical repairs within domestic properties
  • Fault finding and repairs to lighting circuits, sockets, consumer units/fuseboards, and associated electrical systems
