Electrician

Job Description

• Maintain, monitor and perform routine facility and equipment maintenance
• Perform basic troubleshooting/corrective maintenance and restoration
• Conduct routine inspection on building, perimeter/fence and other facilities, performing minor repair if needed
• Provide assistance to HO support or third‑party contractor during maintenance/project activity
• Prepare and submit required reports, forms, and other documentation
• Ensure that electrical and generator set rooms are clean
• Receive and submit copies of utility bills and other documents to HO
• Maintain highest level of cleanliness in work/storage areas
• Perform other work‑related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• College Graduate of Electrical/Industrial Engineering or related course, Graduate of Vocational Course, and/or Short Course Certificate
