Overview

We are looking for a Maintenance Electrician to join our Facilities Management team.

You will be responsible for the uptime, safety, and efficiency of all electrical systems within our managed properties, handling both routine inspections and emergency repairs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute planned PPM and reactive maintenance on power distribution, lighting, and HVAC controls.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical faults quickly to minimize tenant disruption.
  • Ensure all work meets local electrical codes and strict LOTO Lock-Out Tag-Out safety standards.
  • Monitor backup generators, UPS systems, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
  • Log all tasks using our digital maintenance platform.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in commercial maintenance or Facilities Management.
  • Availability to participate in an on-call emergency rotation.
