Job Description

1. Ensure efficient facilitation and running of relevant courses.

2. Ensure close coordination of activities with the MTC Manager as well as communication with SMC, CSC and other BSM departments as authorized, regarding training needs.

3. Delivery of training within a quality-assured environment, leading to improved safety and performance within the BSM Fleet.

4. Ensure learning transfer is achieved by the use of evaluation and assessment of seafarers.Ensure compliance with internal and external quality assurance systems.

5. Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of training, training facilities and the quality systems.
