This role involves hands-on work with cutting-edge prototype hardware, offering the opportunity to influence product quality and reliability while contributing to process improvements and innovation.
Responsibilities:
+ Rework and repair returned units, assessing conditions and confirming failure modes.
+ Conduct functional tests and perform failure analysis to determine root causes.
+ Disassemble units strategically according to SOPs and visually inspect systems related to failure symptoms.
+ Perform component/module exchanges to isolate failures and document all work thoroughly.
+ Assemble prototypes delicately, adhering to defined SOPs.
