Electrical Technician

We are seeking an Electrical Engineering Technologist to design and develop power equipment and systems. The role involves interpreting and reading blueprints, preparing estimates, schedules, specifications and reports, and completing work orders and test/maintenance reports.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop power equipment and systems.
• Interpret blueprints or other instructions to plan methods or sequences of operation.
• Read blueprints or other instructions to determine work requirements.
• Assist in preparing estimates, schedules, specifications and reports.
• Write specifications.
• Complete work orders, test and maintenance reports.

Qualifications

• College or CEGEP education in Electrical and electronic engineering technologies/technicians or related field.
• 2 to less than 3 years of experience.
• Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) or equivalent certification.
