About the Role:
As a CBRE Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION:
- TESDA NC II EIM is preferred
- At least 1 year of relevant experience. OPEN for freshie as long as with valid NC2
- Experience of working on critical systems
- Knowledge of Occupational Safety Requirements
- Formulating, assessing and validating Risk Assessments and Method Statements
- Willing to follow 6-day work schedule, with rotating shift depending on business needs
- Willing to report on client location in LOAKAN RD, BAGUIO
- Can start within 2 weeks' notice
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php16, Php17,000.00 per month
