Electrical Technician

Open for both locations.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure safety in the working environment at all times.
• Assist in maintenance planning and scheduling.
• Ensure the availability of common electrical spare parts.
• Morning Daily briefing & Shift handover task.
• Go through night shift report & production report.
• Check & monitoring machine during running condition.
• Assist Prod. & mechanic member to testing the Device after repair.
• Perform LOTO Procedure for Electrical, Mechanical & Production
• Troubleshooting & carry out during machine breakdown.
• Assign Weekly Preventive Maintenance Schedules (Genset, Pump House, and MOA).
• Check MSB, DB, MCC Starter condition.
• Prepare Daily report for Electrical Section.
• Perform Preventive maintenance (Change motor bearing, Greasing).
• Carry out modification project (such as control panel wiring).
