- End-to-end development of power distribution and control panels based on requirements.
- Create detailed electrical schematics, source and select components, prototype development, validation and release of engineering change management .
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mech, supply chain, testing and program teams) for concept development, problem resolution, and production support.
- Provide quick solutions for issues and custom requirements in a fast-paced environment.
- Lead design reviews and ensure compliance with quality and performance standards.
