**What You’ll Do**

+ Wire and build industrial equipment (cranes, panels, motors)
+ Install conduit, run cable, and complete electrical systems
+ Troubleshoot and test electrical components and systems

**What You Need**

+ 3+ years industrial electrical experience
+ Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams
+ Experience with motors, controls, and electrical troubleshooting

**Preferred (Not Required)**

+ PLC troubleshooting experience
+ Conduit bending or high-voltage testing
+ Mechanical, welding, or millwright
