One of our customers is seeking an Electrical Engineering Group Leader to support and grow their internal electronics capability. This individual will own projects across the full lifecycle, including requirements tracking, technical reporting, design reviews, testing, proposal support, and customer interactions. They will provide technical leadership across electronic circuit design, PCB development, electrical analysis, integration/testing, and troubleshooting efforts. The work spans power electronics, controllers, processors, and microprocessor-based systems. This person will also mentor and lead a small team of engineers, initially supporting 2-3 team members while helping identify future staffing and capability needs. They will play a key role in shaping the organization's long-term electrical engineering strategy and reducing reliance on subcontracted work.
