Electrical Team Lead

Position Summary The Electrical Team Lead is responsible for providing day-to-day technical leadership and oversight of The Client's electrical field team, including electricians, electrical technicians, apprentices and subcontractors. This role combines hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, to a high standard of workmanship and in compliance with all relevant regulations, standards and company procedures. The Electrical Team Lead will act as the primary technical escalation point for electrical fault finding, problem solving and quality assurance while supporting the development and mentoring of apprentices and junior team members.
