Electrical Supervisor

Position Overview

Based in Colehill, Birmingham. This is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the day to day running of the engineers/contractors, ensure they meet targets and goals of all projects
• The day to day running of the electrical contracts, including direct reporting staff and subcontractors
• To ensure the electrical certification is completed and processed to meet Equans and our clients’ expectations
• Monitor the team’s production, ensuring resolution of task related issues or inhibitor to production for direct and subcontractors work streams
• Responsible for the efficient use of resources, labour, materials, plant, and equipment to a productive conclusion
