The Electrical Service Business Development Manager plays a critical role in driving Toromont’s market position and achieving financial growth targets Electrical Services. This senior-level role focuses on defining long-term strategic goals, building key customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating and closing deals, and maintaining deep knowledge of market conditions and industry trends across Toromont’s territory.

The position collaborates closely with internal teams—sales support, marketing, engineering, finance, and account management—to increase sales opportunities and deliver sustainable, profitable growth.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Compensation: $101,594.00 to $126,992.50 The listed base salary is just one component of our total rewards package, and performance-based or discretionary bonuses may be available.
