Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Electrical Safety Officer (f/m/d). The Electrical Safety Officer will provide support to the offshore projects in Germany related to the Safe System of Work (SSoW). This person will be technically responsible for the electro-technical operation of the offshore wind farms in Germany as the responsible Verantwortliche Elektrofachkraft (VEFK), according to DIN VDE 0-.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct communication with the Service and Construction organisations through their respective wind farm management.

  • Point of contact for electrical compliance for offshore service and construction activities mainly in Germany as well as other countries in Northern and Central Europe (NCE), as determined by the direct line management.

  • Ensuring Vestas is legally compliant with German laws and regulations, standards, and best practices.
