Electrical Reticulation Site Foreman

Duties & Responsibilities:
Site Supervision & Coordination:
Supervise daily electrical reticulation activities on site
Allocate tasks to electricians, cable jointers, and subcontractors
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trades
Ensure work aligns with drawings, specifications, and construction schedules
Electrical Reticulation Works:
Oversee installation of MV/LV cables, conduits, ducts, trenches, and pits
Supervise cable pulling, jointing, terminations, and testing
Ensure correct installation of transformers, switchgear, kiosks, and substations
Monitor reinstatement works and final commissioning support
Health, Safety & Compliance:
Enforce site safety rules and electrical safety procedures
Conduct toolbox talks, risk assessments, and safety inspections
Ensure compliance with local electrical codes, standards, and utility requirements
Report incidents, near misses, and hazards promptly
