You'll be joining a well‑established UK energy organisation responsible for operating a specialist power facility in Deeside. The site has transitioned from traditional generation to providing advanced grid‑stability services, using converted turbine units to support the national electricity network through inertia and reactive power capabilities.
Your new role
As an Electrical Inspector / Quality Inspector, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe and compliant operation of the site's electrical assets and supporting infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include:
Inspecting electrical systems, equipment and installation work to ensure compliance with relevant electrical codes, standards and internal procedures.
Conducting tests on electrical systems, components and protection schemes to ensure safe and efficient performance.
