As an Electrical Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead the cleanroom building envelope and telecommunications initiatives within this project. The role requires autonomy and adaptability, operating under a Sell/Estimate/Manage model.
Responsibilities
+ Lead project planning, execution, job cost tracking, and closure.
+ Provide detailed monthly project status and percent completion reports.
+ Conduct detailed take-off and estimating for electrical services, tenant improvements, light commercial, and industrial work.
+ Market and build profitable jobs.
+ Make crucial decisions regarding project cost, time, and performance.
