Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for project design and development.
- Responsible for project coordination and implementation.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders; clients, consultants, main contractors, local authorities, sub-contractors, suppliers and etc.
- Attend meetings & inspections with project stakeholders; clients, consultants, main contractors, local authorities, sub-contractors, suppliers, etc.
- Attend to all customer complaints, resolve reported non-conformance, and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
- Attend to equipment testing.
- Preparation & submission of project documentation.
- Preparation of construction design, material planning, project schedule and etc.
- Communicate with draftsmen to produce drawings.
- Preparation & submission of monthly progress claims, & VOs.
