Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for project design and development.
  • Responsible for project coordination and implementation.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders; clients, consultants, main contractors, local authorities, sub-contractors, suppliers and etc.
  • Attend meetings & inspections with project stakeholders; clients, consultants, main contractors, local authorities, sub-contractors, suppliers, etc.
  • Attend to all customer complaints, resolve reported non-conformance, and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
  • Attend to equipment testing.
  • Preparation & submission of project documentation.
  • Preparation of construction design, material planning, project schedule and etc.
  • Communicate with draftsmen to produce drawings.
  • Preparation & submission of monthly progress claims, & VOs.
  • Quality control of workmanship.
