RINA is currently recruiting for a Electrical Plan Approval Engineer to join its office in Rio de Janeiro (Brazil), Asuncion (Paraguay) or Buenos Aires (Argentina) within the Latin America Marine Division.

Mission

This role focuses on supporting the elaboration of detailed plan and design reviews, resolving issues related to conflicting design requirements, ensuring client requirements and applicable standards are met. Projects could include the approval of new building, conversion, and existing vessels and yachts.#LI-KM

Key Accountabilities

  • Review and approve drawings of electrical and automation systems, including autonomous ship technology and cyber security, on ships, offshore units, and marine equipment, in compliance with Class Rules and Statutory Regulations, for new buildings, ships in service, and ship’s conversions.
