Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:  

Operation & Maintenance:  

• Monitor and maintain electrical systems of the BTG, including generators, exciters, transformers, switchgear, and protection relays.  
• Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective actions to ensure equipment reliability.  
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and implement timely solutions to minimize downtime.  

Generator & Excitation System Management:  

• Oversee the operation and maintenance of generators, excitation systems, and voltage regulators.  
• Perform generator performance tests, insulation resistance tests, and other diagnostic checks.  
• Ensure synchronization of generators with the grid and monitor load sharing.  

Protection & Control Systems:
