We are working with a well-established and growing electrical contractor based in Bracknell who are seeking an experienced Electrical Operations Manager to oversee the successful delivery of live projects across the South East.

This is a senior leadership role suited to a commercially aware and technically strong electrical professional who can drive operational performance, manage teams effectively, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

The Role

• Oversee multiple live electrical projects from mobilisation through to handover
• Lead and support Project Managers, Site Managers, and Supervisors
• Ensure all projects meet programme, budget, and quality expectations
