Overview

Electrical Mechanic responsible for reading blueprints, testing and observing electrical and mechanical conditions of equipment, troubleshooting and repairing electric motors, transformers, switchgear, generators, and other electro‑mechanical equipment, replacing or reconditioning shafts, bearings, commutators, and other components, winding coils, performing static or dynamic balancing of armatures or rotors, on‑site servicing and repair, testing/repairing wiring or components in electrical switchgear, and ensuring proper performance of repaired equipment.
