Job Title: Electrical Manager - Solar PV & Retrofit

Salary: £50,000–£60,000 + bonus

Location: Southern England (field-based with some home working)

You know solar PV and retrofit only deliver on their promise when the electrics are installed, tested and documented to the highest standard - and you take real pride in being the person who protects that standard.

This role gives you ownership of the electrical function within a growing solar PV and retrofit operation. You’ll be trusted as the technical lead, shaping quality on site, guiding electricians and subcontractors, and ensuring every installation stands up to scrutiny - from initial design decisions through to final test results and certification.
