Electrical Manager

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Manager to oversee all electrical works on a residential scheme. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing electrical installations from planning through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Manage and coordinate all electrical activities across the residential scheme

Supervise electrical subcontractors and site teams

Ensure compliance with current electrical regulations and health & safety standards

Review drawings, specifications, and method statements

Coordinate with project managers, site managers, and other trades

Monitor progress, quality, and costs, reporting regularly to senior management

Carry out inspections, testing, and snagging of electrical installations
