The Role:
Reporting to the Technical and Innovation Director, The Group Technical Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of Quality, Food Safety & Legality for three factories. They will drive continuous improvement in site standards by leading the team of Quality managers and advising the site Operations and Engineering teams in technical matters, identify issues, problem solve and ensure root cause is identified and corrective and preventative actions are taken.
Duties include:
Provide leadership to the Quality team and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards within the Technical department and across the sites.
