Electrical Maintenance Planner

The Electrical Maintenance Planner improves the efficiency and productivity of the maintenance workforce, 3rd party service companies and contractors. Provides all the necessary information to ensure that all work is completed in a safe, efficient and timely manner and in compliance with environmental requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Plans and manages maintenance activities, including master schedules, preventive maintenance, and daily/weekly planning using SAP.
• Optimizes spare parts inventory, prepares maintenance budgets and CAPEX, and ensures critical spares are linked to equipment BOMs.
• Conducts site inspections and audits, validates work requests, and defines job scopes with cost estimates, resources, and downtime, ensuring required parts are in stock before scheduling work.
• Manages manpower and materials, prioritizes backlogs, evaluates 3rd-party services, and oversees purchase orders and service performance.
