Your Responsibilities:
️ Lead and inspire the Electrical Maintenance Team, ensuring peak reliability and performance across all plant systems.
️ Drive a strong safety-first culture, with strict adherence to HSE standards.
️ Manage preventive and corrective maintenance strategies, while delivering cost savings and efficiency gains.
️ Take ownership of investment projects in electrical engineering—from design through execution.
️ Analyze equipment performance, troubleshoot failures, and implement solutions that maximize uptime.
️ Coordinate resources, contractors, and shutdown activities across the plant.
️ Mentor, train, and develop your team to achieve operational excellence.
