Electrical Maintenance Manager

The Electrical Maintenance Manager manages overall performance of the Electrical Maintenance team and plant electrical maintenance strategies to ensure safe, reliable, efficient, timely, and cost-effective operations in full compliance with environmental and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develops and executes electrical maintenance strategies to ensure high equipment reliability, plant availability, and alignment with KPIs and operational goals.
• Leads day-to-day electrical operations, including preventive and corrective maintenance, powerhouse and substation management, breakdown resolution, and third-party services.
• Manages section budget (OPEX and CAPEX), controls costs, oversees critical spares and asset systems, and ensures compliance with safety, quality, and maintenance standards.
