Electrical Engineer (70/30 Elec Bias)

Salary: £48,000 - £50,180 + Overtime (1.5x)

Shift Pattern: Continental (4 on / 4 off - Days & Nights)

We're looking for a hands‑on Electrical Engineer with a strong electrical bias to join a busy manufacturing site. This is a replacement role due to a leaver, and we're looking for someone who can hit the ground running within an established engineering team.

The Role

You’ll be working on a wide range of heavy manufacturing equipment, carrying out fault finding, breakdowns and planned maintenance across the site.

Key Responsibilities

  • PLC fault finding on Siemens and Mitsubishi
  • Electrical fault finding on sensors, relays and control panels
  • Maintenance and breakdown support on heavy machinery
  • Working on presses, crushers and gearboxes
  • Supporting continuous improvement and site reliability
  • Electrical bias is approximately 70...
